Compensation Package

You will be paid a base hourly wage of $24.00 per hour. The expectation is that you will be working approximately 42 hours a week. Any time over 40 hours a week will be paid time and a half.

You will be reimbursed up to $500 in moving expenses if moving from outside Washington, DC.

Chick-fil-A Capitol Hill East currently provides $275 per month to a Launch Program participants’ health, vision, and dental insurance if the individual uses our insurance. The individual pays for the remainder of the insurance cost depending on the plan they choose. You can purchase coverage for spouse and dependents through our plan.
