Thriving Development: Launch Program is a high-impact leadership experience designed for recent college graduates ready to turn potential into purpose. Based in a fast-paced, urban Chick-fil-A location in Washington, D.C., the program serves as a launchpad for participants to pursue becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator, stepping into a career with Chick-fil-A Corporate, or starting their own entrepreneurial venture.

Through structured rotations across all core areas of the business—including marketing, food safety and quality, store operations, human resources, recruitment and selection, training, and financial operations—participants actively lead and gain hands-on experience managing every aspect of the restaurant.

Participants’ development is reinforced through ongoing mentorship, coaching, and real-time feedback from an experienced Chick-fil-A owner, alongside participation in leadership modules, book discussions, and a personal development plan that deepen their leadership capabilities. By combining immersive operational responsibility with intentional personal growth, the program equips graduates with the confidence, competence, and vision to lead effectively and thrive in dynamic business environments.
