The Thriving Development: Launch Program is a high-impact leadership experience designed for recent college graduates who are ready to turn potential into purpose. Based in a fast-paced, urban Chick-fil-A location in Washington, DC less than 2 miles from the US Capitol, the program equips emerging leaders over a three-year timeline with the practical skills, operational expertise, and personal discipline needed to thrive in both business and life. It is intentionally built as a launchpad—preparing participants to pursue a future as a Chick-fil-A Operator, step into a career with Chick-fil-A Corporate, or confidently start their own entrepreneurial venture. This program is a perfect opportunity for someone who is a leader among peers, likes to operate on a team, and is ambitious and ready to learn- no restaurant experience necessary.
